Responsibilities:
— Drawing up a development strategy and implementing a content plan for creating short videos and photo content;
— Development of corporate identity (including photo content);
— Search for ideas, tracking and implementing trends from social networks;
— Conducting a full cycle of video development: creativity, writing scripts and storylines, shooting videos, editing videos, post-processing;
— Production of technical specifications or organization of filming, if necessary (in Moscow and remotely);
— Processing of finished content and its adaptation to Reels (video editing);
— Analysis of the work done on metrics and target actions in the video, reporting and testing hypotheses for improving metrics;
— Close interaction with the team.
Requirements:
• Accommodation in Moscow;
• At least 1 year of experience working with videos and Reels;
• A prerequisite is the availability of a portfolio and successful cases!
• The ability to photograph and shoot, experience in shooting, editing, design, writing scripts and directing short videos for social networks;
• Active imagination, non-standard and strategic thinking, ability to work in the mode of independence and multitasking;
• Interest in Internet marketing, active interaction with popular trends in social networks;
• The availability of specialized education (advertising, marketing, media communications) will be an advantage;
• The experience of working with the artist's social networks will be an advantage.
Conditions:
— Flexible work schedule, part-time (possible combination with other part-time work);
— Work format: 3 meetings per week offline for shooting content, the rest of the time – remote;
— Motivation: from 70,000 rubles. on hand, we discuss individually depending on the candidate's experience
In the first year of work, you can grow up to 150,000 monthly on average;
— Paid probation period of 1 month (salary for the period of probation is 60,000 rubles.).
